Our Story

Maison Douce was born from a simple dream: to bring the authentic magic of a Parisian patisserie to the heart of Paris.

Our founder, Chef Amelie Dubois, discovered her passion in her grandmother's kitchen, surrounded by the scents of warm butter and sugar. After honing her craft at the prestigious Ferrandi Paris culinary school and working in several renowned Parisian patisseries, she returned home to create a place that celebrated both time-honored French techniques and the bounty of our local community.

This dream is baked into every creation that leaves our kitchen. We believe in the art of baking from scratch, a philosophy that honors small-batch quality and meticulous attention to detail. From the flakiest croissants to the most delicate macarons, each item is handcrafted daily with love.
